**APPRENTICE CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR**

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**:starting at £5.58 per hour

**JOB PURPOSE**

To control the everyday tasks needed to ensure the efficient running of the business unit as a whole. To communicate and be an effective part of the specific team.

In this role you will be supported on an apprenticeship programme with on-site training and guidance from an external provider leading to a national recognised qualification: Level 3 Business Admin.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

A dynamic individual, taking responsibility for dealing with client administration and customer queries and does so with a fantastic ‘can do’ attitude. An intelligent, trustworthy and reliable individual who can work under pressure both internally and externally in support of daily business aims.

**KEY CHALLENGES**
- Support of the business unit
- Ensure all issues are resolved correctly and within agreed timescales
- Manage and organise daily duties

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Client facing
- Treat each customer with a personalised approach.
- Ensure procedures are followed.
- Deal with queries effectively and efficiently, escalating where appropriate.
- Communicates with Client Services Managers over any issues.
- To communicate independently internally to manage stock holding, quality control and stock queries.
- Support CSM daily duties
- Deliver ad hoc report requests.
- Manage client specific exceptional processes.
- Maintain a safe working environment, always observing health and safety procedures. Ensure that the work area is kept clean and free from hazards and waste at all times.
- Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers.

**CRITICAL SKILLS**
- High level of interpersonal skills (must be an excellent communicator)
- Possesses exceptional organisational abilities (multi-task handling and prioritising being key)
- Keyboard skills
- High energy level and a result driven approach
- Ability to use MDA systems to conduct duties.
- A commitment to exceptional levels of client service.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to travel to client meetings.
- Confident telephone manner
