The London Operations Client Services Team is responsible for liaising with our top tier European Clients and is looking for a Client Services Representative to manage the Bank’s external relationships with key institutional clients across the globe.

You will have a good knowledge of Futures and Options products and the ability to work closely with operations teams across the globe to provide a high level of service to Deutsche Bank’s key clients.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage all communications directly with the Clients on all Trade related queries, both verbally and in writing including statement generation, daily trade volumes, open position reporting issues, and delivery confirmations/notifications. Provide due diligence on all downstream systems for United States supported exchanges to ensure proper trade capture; including all pertinent data for Deutsche Bank cleared clients and execution only business
- Monitor incoming Foreign Market trades for European domiciled clients to guarantee correct setup’s including a review of mapping of products and client accounts to ensure their related exchange/ billing fees are set up properly
- Research and resolve issues and inquiries regarding exchange or bank regulatory rules, requirements, functionality and positions
- Liaise with clients, client service, trade support, trading desks, reconciliations teams, and outside firms in a timely manner to efficiently process all Top Day business and resolve any outstanding issues
- Interact with internal/external contacts for resolution of trade and settlement issues, meeting regular process deadlines and meeting/exceeding client expectations

**Your skills and experience**
- In-depth knowledge of the Listed Derivatives product across global markets
- Able to investigate process automation and improvements, while being able to document workflows and procedural changes and amendments as necessary, both from exchange requirements and automation improvements to enhance the Client experience
- Knowledge and experience of Cleared over-the-counter (OTC) products is preferred
