**PE Global require a Quality Administrative to join our Nottingham facility.**

**Responsibilites**:

- Ensure all Quality Documentation is stored in line with company procedures.
- Ensure regular reconciliations are performed of the Quality Documentation stored.
- Ensure all Quality Documentation is archived at the approved off-site storage facility in line with company procedures.
- Assist in providing the documentation required for audits by Clients or Regulators.
- Support the release of the product by ensuring all batch documentation is received from/provided to the contractor sites as required
- Ensure all trackers as requested by the Quality Systems Manager are kept up to date.
- Ensure all Client Documentation is issued and filed in accordance with company procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring training record is kept up to date.
- Responsible for the implementation Quality Documentation requested by Quality and Supply Chain Departments.
- Responsible for the issuing Quality Documentation requested by Manufacturing and Formulation Development Departments.
- Responsible for the scanning of client documentation as required.
- Ensure the various trackers are up to date through Weekly review.
- Accountable for all Quality Systems being compliant with the IT folder structure.
- Ensure all work is conducted in a responsible and safe manner in accordance with company policies and ensure that all Health and Safety considerations are appropriately documented.

**Education or Equivalent Requirements**:

- C.S.E’s in Maths and English
- Experience of working in an administrative environment
- Use of Excel and word

**Knowledge/Skills Requirements**:

- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate diplomatic skills
- Proficient (excellent) in English verbal and written communication skills to convey and receive ideas and instructions to/from others within and outside the organization
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, management, suppliers and customers
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team work as well as self-managing
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and flexibility to meet deadlines outside core hours
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Physical Requirements**:

- Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly
- Be accessible to manufacturing floor and office staff and to use required office equipment
- Specific vision requirements include reading of written documents and frequent use of computer monitor
