SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator based Nottingham.
This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in a thriving and supportive workplace
Previous experience within an Administration role is essential, ideally within a fast-paced business to business organisation.
Strong administration skills and attention to detail are key to be successful within this role
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide a professional, effective, and efficient customer service response to internal and external customers.
- Maintaining the relevant daily and monthly reports
- Data entry - Strong Excel skills are a must
- General admin ad hoc tasks within the department
- Ensure External Quality Assurers are kept up to date with relevant information and documents and that systems are regularly updated.
- Assist with the monitoring of External Quality Assurers reports, ensuring actions are clearly captured, accurate and are reported to the Head of Quality Assurance.
- Assist with ensuring that EQA reports across awarding services are uploaded and processed through awarding management systems and feed any concerns to the Head of Quality Assurance.
- Record information and data to meet deadlines and report any deficits or concerns to the Head of Quality Assurance.
- Assist with reviewing documentation such as forms, templates, guidance and handbooks to ensure they are readily available for stakeholders.
- Assist with the recruitment process for EQAs for awarding services and ensure CPD records and conflict of interests are declared and recorded.
- Assist with the arrangement and delivery of induction training for new EQAs and be responsible for recording this information.
- A self-motivated person, driven to get things done.
- Ability to work under own initiative with strong organisation skills.
- Brilliant communication skills and a great ability to translate plan into action.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office.
- A 'can do' attitude and confident in multitasking.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet set deadlines.
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyse information.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
**Salary**: £21,000 - £23,500
