We now have an exciting opportunity for a full time Quality Officer.About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Quality Officer to join our Quality and Regulation team.The Quality Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality and compliant qualifications across BIIAB and Skills and Education Group Awards . Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will provide effective administrative and operational support for external quality assurance processes and help ensure that quality standards are consistently maintained.The successful candidate will:Liaise with External Quality Assurers, Examiners, and Moderators to schedule and organise centre visits.Support the Quality Manager in activities that drive continuous quality improvement.Assist in maintaining compliance across all external quality processes for BIIAB and Skills and Education Group Awards.This role offers a great opportunity to develop your experience within a regulatory and quality assurance environment, working as part of a collaborative and supportive team. You will be joining the Group at a pivotal stage in its development, as we grow and expand our provision across the UK. We are equally committed to your personal growth and development, and so in this role you will be supported in your continued professional development.Who we are looking forTo be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a quality, compliance, or administrative role - ideally within education, training, or awarding. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication and IT skills, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.You should be confident in maintaining records, coordinating activities, and liaising with a range of stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner. A proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team will be key to your success.Knowledge of awarding organisation processes or external quality assurance would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.How to applyFind out more about the role and how to apply here .
