Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Compliance Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Nottingham. The role involves ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards, implementing and monitoring quality management systems, and conducting audits to guarantee adherence to established guidelines. The officer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address compliance matters, provide support in regulatory inspections, and recommend improvements to internal processes to maintain excellence in quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess processes and detect non-compliance issues
  • Excellent Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of Finance related to compliance and quality functions
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Law, or Science
  • Familiarity with medical cannabis regulations or pharmaceutical industry standards is advantageous
  • Attentive to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
