Administrative Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately recording and logging session details.
- Capturing critical data relevant to the programme.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Programme Coordinator and team.
- Handling other administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic office software.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, community-focused environment and is committed to supporting impactful programmes. You will be required to be on-site at Abraham Moss Library and Leisure Centre every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 am - 12 pm.
