**The Company**
Our client is market leading specialist manufacturing group enjoying considerable growth. They are looking to appoint a part-time Finance Manager to work closely with the Financial Controller overseeing all transactional finance and month end activities.
**The Role**
A newly created role due to their continued success, you will manage all transactional and financial accounting processes, providing all required information to the Financial Controller.
Duties will include:

- Own the credit control and accounts receivable process and lead weekly credit control meetings to ensure debtor days are reduced and any issues resolved promptly
- Cash allocation to the sales ledger and ensuring all sales invoices are raised and posted
- Management of all accounts payable processes to include GRNI, supplier statement reconciliations and remittances
- Track and oversee all international prepaid orders and prepare currency reports
- Support month end activities preparing and posting journals
- Assist with paperwork for the annual audit process
- Assist with preparations of P11D and VAT schedules
- Proven experience in a transactional finance role with solid experience of accounts receivable, credit control and general ledger ideally with some experience managing as you will be assisted by one report
- Clarity in written and verbal communication and able to articulate financial issues in an easily understandable fashion
- Confident and articulate in presentation
