Finance Manager - Part-Time - 2.5 days per week Core3 are delighted to partner with a market-leading business to recruit a part-time Finance Manager based inSouth Gloucestershire .Why join our client? You'll be joining a collaborative job-share setup where communication and ownership are key.How you'll make an impact This is a true job-share role - not simply a part-time handover. You'll work closely with your job-share partner to own the full Finance Manager remit and ensure seamless continuity across your working days.Lead on month-end reporting including journals, reconciliations, and prepayments.Prepare and analyse management accounts with clear commentary for senior leadership.Support internal controls, systems improvements and transformation activity.Communicate closely with your job-share partner to ensure alignment and continuity.Act as a point of contact for finance-related queries, partnering with operations and head office finance.Confidently lead and develop others, able to oversee team deliverables, support junior staff, and foster a collaborative, accountable working environment.Why our client is excited about you You're experienced, self-sufficient, and value quality communication.
