Wouldn't it be great to earn a London salary and bonus, but not be tied down to living within easy reach of your office?

It'd be great if there were more banks out there willing to adapt to the more modern way of work that so many businesses are now embracing, but at least there's one.

I'm working with a bank that only requires you to be in the office one day a week. The other four, you can work from home, or wherever you choose.

The role is a well rounded, 360 degree, full suite, equity derivatives product control, mixing BAU with plenty of project work. No offshoring, no excessive siloing. They'd love you to have experience in this space, but if you're from a wider product controlbackground, that could work too.

Month ends will need some extra work (as with anywhere), but generally speaking, you'll find fantastic work/life balance and an approachable, friendly management team.

The pay's pretty good too.
