SIG Plc is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor who will ensure all areas of the warehouse is managed as expected and will be required to undertake all other duties such as staffing and process management.
**What does the role involve?**
As the first line Manager for your shift, you will be responsible for ensuring your teams full compliance with our Zero Harm H&S policies, for the output of your team members, for the integrity of the inventory, for the accurate and timely picking and assembling,loading and dispatch of all customer orders and the maintenance of the high standard of housekeeping within the warehouse and yard.
Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and fellow Shift Supervisors, you will be expected to foster a collaborative, positive and productive environment where mutual respect is a given and customer service levels are paramount
As Warehouse Supervisor you will be self-motivated, have a flair for managing others and be willing to develop your natural people management skills and develop and grow within the role.
