**6:30am - 4:30pm, 5 days from 7 (48hrs per week)**

TM Scotland Grangemouth & Falkirk branch are very excited to be given the opportunity to work with one of Scotland’s largest dairies based in Bridge of Allan to assist with recruiting a Chill Supervisor to work within the Chilled Warehouse.

Our client is a third-generation family business with 7 sites based in Scotland who are going through a massive growth period due to the ongoing demand for their products.

**What TM Scotland require for the Chill Supervisor role**:

- Experience within a fast paced Warehouse. Team Leader / Supervisor experience would be highly advantageous
- Experience leading, inspiring and motivating a team
- Extremely organised demonstrating excellent planning with strong numerical skills
- Full flexibility as you will be required to work any 5 days from 7 (weekend availability is essential)

**Duties and responsibilities as a Chill Supervisor within our client**:

- Controlling the distribution of finished goods
- Liaising with Distribution and Production regarding deliveries to depots to ensure accurate and timely dispatching and receipting
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment
- Managing stock levels and conducting regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Implementing and maintaining efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimise workflow and productivity
- Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of goods stored in the chilled warehouse
