Fast-growing means we require an additional **Business Development Executive** to join our team.

You will work within a friendly, professional, team-focused environment. You will engage with potential clients through networking as well as out-bound prospecting. We have a strong marketing team who have great, innovative ideas and as a result we alsobenefit from warm in-bound enquiries.

We will support you with training and professional development and the rewards are there to be earned.
- This role is predominately based at our Head Office in Kettering. Some
travel will be necessary to visit prospects/attend events. We support
hybrid working.
- Salary of £25k, with a realistic and uncapped OTE of £35k+

- We offer 25 days paid holiday as well as the statutory bank holidays. In addition, you get a day off for your birthday.
