You will be the "right hand man" to the Operations Manager and provide supportto the CFO. You could be working on some of the biggest challenges of our time; removing microplastics and micropollutants from the UK’s waterways and through brilliantdesign thinking, powerful partners, and an impatience to make what they do matter, Matter.'s mission is to stop micro-pollution at source. They need someone who is unphased by the impossible - as this is often their benchmark. You will need a level head, great ability to adapt and change between projects and tasks. You might be ordering office supplies in the morning and organising an eventin the afternoon. **So, what are your some of your responsibilities?** - Bookkeeping and accounts software use (loading receipts, preparing VAT returns, etc.). - Scheduling meetings and travels. Organising calls and calendars for the CEO and the team. - Enforcing office protocols, procedures and policies. - Maintaining office supplies and look after the HQ organisation (organising office equipment, HQ administration, etc). - Hosting meetings/events in collaboration with Marketing Team and look after visitors. - Assisting your team with archives maintenance and legal filing. - Supporting health and safety (writing risk assessments, getting COSHH Sheets etc.) - Team event organisation.
