Our client, an award-winning commercial law firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development business partner to join their team
The firm advises businesses across construction, energy & resource management, higher education, and financial services, complementing the firm's market leadership within housing, local government and health and social care.
**Key skills/experience**:
- Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, research tools and other systems implemented by the firm
- Excellent telephone manner and competent knowledge of telephone system
- Excellent communication, organisational and team skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Able to quickly build confidence, respect and trust with others
- Have a positive approach to daily tasks and have a solution focussed working method
**The role**:
The Personal Assistant's principal role is to provide lawyers with the administrative support they need to provide legal services to clients. You will become involved in all aspects of the management and execution of the allocated Lawyers’ Day to day workloadby providing exceptional and proactive administrative support.
You will also act as workflow manager for other support services including delegating and supervising the completion of document production, file management and copying/scanning work.
