We are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our motivated and successful team. We are keen to hear from tenacious and talented Recruitment Consultants with drive, motivation, resilience and above all a passion for customer serviceexcellence in order to take our business to the next level.

**Salary**: £23,000 - £26,000 (year one OTE £35,000)

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, Flexible Hours

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **
- Taking permanent and temporary job requirements and visiting clients onsite to discuss requirements and assess company culture
- Creating clear job specifications for each role
- Checking in workers and attending site for inductions/new starter shifts
- Logging absences and conducting return to work interviews (face to face or telephone)
- Developing both existing and new business opportunities, working with a diverse range of clients from SMEs to global organisations
- Telemarketing of existing and potential clients to expand business, identifying new opportunities within defined areas
- Maintaining regular contact with existing client base, adopting an account management approach
- Arranging and attending business meetings with clients to introduce our full range of services
- Working within a targeted environment to achieve monetary and service-quality goals

- A proven track record gained within recruitment - flexible as to which sector
- The ability to manage client relationships, and identify and develop new business opportunities
- The drive and tenacity to achieve targets and goals, whilst maintaining the highest possible service standards
- A flexible approach to problem solving within a professional business environment
- Organised way of working, able to manage several key projects/tasks at one time to meet strict deadlines
