**Job Title: Business Analyst**

**Duration: 6 months, extensions likely**

**Location: WHF / travel to Isle of Man**

**Salary: Competitive**

We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile banking clients. They are currently looking for a Business Analyst on a 6-month contract based from home, with once to twice per month travel to Isle of Man which will be fully expensed.

**Role Description**:
? Applicants must have proven experience working as a senior Business Analyst, able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
? Strong stakeholder management experience is essential - experienced in workshop facilitation, provision of requirements documentation as well as visual representations inc process mapping.
? Identifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to existing processes, systems, and procedures, then where required delivers a plan for a small element of a change management programme with guidance from Lead Business Analyst/ Senior Stakeholders.
? Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by working within established knowledge management systems.
? Must have experience operating as Business side Business Analyst - whilst a strong technical understanding (digital journeys) is preferable, this role faces into the business therefore ability to translate technical aspects into Business language is essential.
? Prepares relevant Project Documentation in line with business framework and establishes relevant working parties and stakeholders in order to address requirements and requests
? Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.
? Achieves planned commitments by developing short-term and/or medium-term work schedules and approving overtime or using additional resources as needed.

**This role will have the following responsibilities**:

- Use analytical skills to assess customer needs and define digital solutions that exceed them.
- Working with our partners to designing & implementation new digital channels for our expatriate banking business that both onboard and service our customers
- Creating seamless customer experiences, build our digital reputation & make us easy to do business with
