Customer Service Advisor

**CALLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS**
Hours are on a varied working pattern including working some weekends 1 in every four but with two days off in the week.
In return you will receive a salary of £20,800 with the potential of earning an annual £2k bonus.
**Main duties**:
- To manage contact with patients to confirm order details and dates with patients using (inbound, outbound & digital)
- To deal with queries or questions regarding a patient’s order
- To ensure all patient notes and activities are accurately recorded on relevant I.T. system (CRM) and in compliance with Data Protection requirements and other applicable regulations.
- To act as a point of contact for queries
- To demonstrate an understanding of the prescriptions, medication and treatments involved in each of the relevant therapy areas.
- Where relevant to therapy area, takes responsibility for the accurate registration of new patients.
- In relevant therapy areas, liaise with clients or relevant external parties to ensure relevant information or results are available before arranging delivery e.g. blood test results for mental health patients.
