**Monday - Friday - 37.5 Hours per week**
**Starting Salary - £23,914 (rising annually & with development)**

We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Customer Service Advisor** to join our passionate team at our **Burton on Trent**Site. This is a full-time, office-based role (five days per week).

**What you'll be doing**:

- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring complete customer satisfaction

- Managing your customer caseload and working closely with our sales team to provide a seamless service
- Proactively identifying solutions and anticipating customer needs
- Championing new ideas and driving continuous improvement in our service

You'll be a natural communicator with a talent for problem-solving. You'll be organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively and thrive in a busy environment. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

**What skills will you need?**

- Excellent telephone manner and experience in a customer service role

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A real passion for providing an excellent customer experience
- Great IT skills (Microsoft Office suite, SAP experience would be advantageous)
- Ability to develop great relationships with both external and internal customers
- Excellent workload management and prioritisation
