Job Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage and coordinate diaries for our team of engineers, ensuring smooth scheduling of appointments and optimal resource allocation. (1 in 3 weekends required)
- Handle the ordering and management of parts and supplies, ensuring timely availability for our engineers' service requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and update the database with relevant information, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, able to manage diaries efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail is essential, ensuring precision in parts ordering and maintaining accurate records.
- Previous experience in an office-based administrative or coordination role is preferred, especially in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with team members and external suppliers.

Pay: £23,795.00-£23,796.00 per year
