We have an exciting opportunity within our HR team based at Stockton on Tees to join our Learning and Development team as an L&D Support Administrator. You will provide wide-ranging administrative support to the Learning and Development, Employee Experienceteams and The People Hub. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their training needs are met, handle all queries effectively and within set timeframes, whilst delivering excellent customer service. We provide full training to support you withdelivering a high quality of service. The role will be hybrid, with a 80/20 split between working from the Stockton on Tees office and from home. **What you will be doing**:

- You will provide support and services to a wide range of customers including the Employee Experience team, the wider L&D and HR teams, with all aspects of delivering Sopra Steria’s training programmes
- Co-ordination of external training requests for all areas of the business, including course recommendation and booking
- Management of attendance and scheduling for courses through Cornerstone as well as following up with any no shows
- Responsibility for the processing of invoices and logging in the relevant budget tracker
- Monitoring the Case Management System and the resolution of any incoming queries
- Collate and format reports and dashboards to provide data insights into areas including attraction, employee lifecycle, recruitment & hiring, and training
- Identify trends or concerns in data and proactively suggest improvements or actions to be taken
- Management and maintenance of Cornerstone for all Learning and Development related activity
- Support the management of existing supplier relationships, as well as the sourcing and development of new supplier relationships where relevant and agreed with the Employee Experience Team
- Process and deal with queries relating to reward and recognition processes.

- A strong communicator both verbally and written
- Positive approach to customer service and the ability to build strong working relationships with customers
- Flexible approach to work and is a team player with a track record of prioritising and juggling work
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Packages
- Has a service-oriented mind-set with proven delivery of exceptional quality customer service
- Comfortable dealing with confidential and sensitive information

**It would be great if you had**:

- Previous experience within a HR or L&D team
- Good understanding of Learning and Development activities
