**Duties will include**:

- General warehouse administration duties, using a management information system and excel
- Liaising with customers / transport companies to book in deliveries
- Inputting and updating information into a variety of computer packages
- Answering calls from customers and giving advice/guidance
- Creating purchase orders for goods transportation
- Printing of dispatch notes and address labels
- Receipting goods inwards
- Responding to stock/delivery queries from colleagues
- Communicate, practice and promote the values, ethics and
- Any other duties that can be reasonably expected of the role

**Required skills and experience**:

- Excellent knowledge of the products, services and capabilities of the business
- High level of drive, self-motivation and tenacity to achieve results through conscientious attitude
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and numeracy
- Excellent professional communicator at all levels with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- An ability to recognise potential problems, respond appropriately and develop solutions
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to continually learn and improve
- Highly adaptable, with a flexible approach to tasks

**Shifts**:
**Part Time (28 hours per week)**8.30am - 14:30pm Monday to Friday.

**Payrates**:

- £9.50
