Accounts Administrator

Key Roles:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- VAT
- Prepare paperwork for DPD/Pallet deliveries
- Collaborate with internal teams

About you:

- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software (Sage 50 Accounts, Sage Payroll)
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable & receivable processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Good telephone manner

**Summary**

As an Accounts Administrator, you will be integral to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your core skills in accounting software will be essential for managing accounts payable and receivable. Proficiency in premium tools like Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero will enhance your ability to perform data entry and payroll tasks efficiently. Your strong organizational and time management skills will ensure that financial operations run smoothly, contributing to the overall success of our organization. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
