As a Client Accounts Administrator you will report into our Client Account Managers, providing key administrative, reporting and operational support across an array of projects. Working with key clients across the water, custodial and commercial industry, you will ensure Pick Everard continues to provide excellent service, by reporting on project progress, client satisfaction surveys and regular updates. In addition you will help to map out organisational structures of new clients and set out the timetable of projects undertaken. Your main duties / responsibilities will also include:

- Co-ordinate and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Ensuring the right parties are engaged and provided within timelines of distribution, for example the performance ranking report and the drafting the Client Analysis report.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and events relating to client account management, this will entail coordinating.
- Assist in the kick off Internal Client Account Meetings and drive the completion of Internal Account Plans across the business.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Internal client portal.
- Assist and support the wider business with Client Account Management queries, for example bespoke reporting.
- Support in the development and maintenance of the client satisfaction process.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the Pipeline data and must actively check and verify the data and ensure this is aligned to our accounting system. This will also include coordinating the requests and reminders to the delivery teams across the firm.
- Responsible for team Coordination activities and support both the Business Relationship Director and the Associate Director of Supply Chain Partnerships with administrative tasks.

**About You**:
This role will suit an administrator who is looking to gain further exposure to working as part of an in-house client account management team. Ideally you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
Technical:

- High level of organisational skills, with proficient understanding of Microsoft Office packages (particularly excel)
- Good demonstrable standard of written and spoken English
- Experience with administrative systems and support, gained in a similar role
- Knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) platforms desirable, however not essential

Behavioural:

- Excellent and confident communication skills
- Ability to manage own time and complete multiple tasks to deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Team player with good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
