**What**:
High profile business with exceptional benefits and a hybrid working policy require an experienced Pension Scheme Operations & Governance Administrator to join their In-house Pension team.

Working closely with the Trustees and Scheme Directors in this role you will be responsible for supporting the Governance and Operations Committees including:

- Attending meetings, taking minutes, preparing agendas, detailed action notes and creating complex reports.
- Planning and organising the meetings and ensuring relevant people attend, allocating and monitoring work on action points
- Ensuring compliance with the necessary legislation and regulations, budgets are managed and information is shared and recorded.

Utilise your background in Pension Administration, Corporate Governance or Company Secretarial work in this large in-house Pension function, working closely with a large talented team.

You may be seeking utilise your QPA/PMI or ICSA studies, administration and communication skills in a varied role or have the equivalence experience gained in an in-house Pension scheme, actuarial or corporate governance role and be seeking a new challenge.
