**Job Description** Protective Service Officer - £14.50ph - 42 Hours per Week**:

- Covering Scotstoun, Govan, Bishopton, and Hillend (as required)_

Your Role:
As a **Protective Service Officer** in our Response Team, you'll be part of a dynamic unit based Scotland. Your role includes short-term deployments (typically 2-4 nights) to protect client assets across the UK and abroad, often at short notice. You'll also provide resilience at sites including **Scotstoun**, **Govan**, **Bishopton**, and **Hillend**, ensuring constant protection and peace of mind for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- ** Asset Protection**: Maintain a secure environment for client properties, equipment, and personnel.
- ** Mobile Protection**: Travel between multiple sites to provide dynamic and rapid-response security.
- ** Surveillance & Monitoring**: Operate security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control).
- ** Incident & Emergency Response**: React effectively to emergencies, liaising with relevant services.
- ** Enforcement of Protocols**: Implement site-specific security measures, visitor management, and ID checks.
- ** Stakeholder Support**: Engage with staff, visitors, and contractors with professionalism.
- ** Professional Conduct**: Maintain a smart appearance and represent the client with integrity.

**Qualifications**
What We’re Looking For:

- ** Valid SIA Licence** (Essential)
- ** Full UK Driving Licence** with **access to own vehicle** (Essential)
- ** Must be a British Citizen by birth or have held a British passport for at least 5 years**
- Must be able to obtain **SC (Security Clearance)**
- ** 5-year checkable work history**
- Previous experience in security or protective services (preferred)
- Strong communication, observational, and decision-making skills
- High level of **professionalism, integrity, and reliability**
- Able to work flexible hours including **days, nights, and weekends
