**Financial Accountant - Reading - £75000**

**The Company**:
Well established US tech organisation require a technically strong accountant with excellent communication skills to join their growing team.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Financial Director you will be responsible for EMEA consolidations. Your duties will include:

- Month end reporting to the US
- Consolidation of European entities
- Production of year end statutory accounts
- Analysis and production of monthly Intercompany / transfer pricing activity
- Annual tax return
- Ad hoc reporting to US covering accounting schedules and tax information
- SOX requirements
- Year end accounting and point of contact with auditors
- Development of the financial cycles to improve financial efficiency, productivity and streamline process

**The Person**:
You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical skills, an understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance and a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.
