**Responsibilities**
- ** Export Documentation**: Prepare and submit necessary export documentation such as commercial invoices, health certificates and product specifications.
- ** Import Administration**: Receive and check import documentation and process customs clearance instructions with our agents.
- ** Shipping and Logistics**: Coordinate with shipping companies and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods.
- ** Support**: Provide support to internal departments regarding the dispatching of customer orders and the receipt of raw materials.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Following procedures to ensure adherence to export and import regulations.
**Desired Experience & Skills**
- 2-3 years of experience in export and/or import administration is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Must have strong IT skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
