Trainee Financial Planner

We have a great opportunity for someone wanting to build a real long term, well paid and rewarding career in financial planning, with an established chartered financial firm located in the beautiful town of Ashbourne. This is a rare opportunity to train andbecome a fully qualified Adviser. You will have learning support and on the job experience. You would work alongside chartered advisers as well as the previous trainee who went through the same process and is now an adviser.
The programme offers a generous pay package of a basic salary up to £30,000 depending on experience. If you are just starting out with your R0 exams the starting salary is £24,000 with an additional pay increment of £1000 per R0 exam completed. (£6000). Wewill help support you with your study, pay for your exams as well as continuous on the job mentoring. You are in control of how quickly you could be working as an Adviser.
- May already have some financial services industry experience and wants to move on
- Good with excel, word etc
- Keen to quickly work through the ranks by working hard
- Good communication skills: phone, face to face, and written

Role includes:

- Working closely with advisers to complete administrative task, i.e. help gather policy information
- Help with projects: reviews, client campaigns, annual portfolio rebalances
- Help Advisers writing reports: e.g., Annual review letters, client suitability report
- General admin support
- Speaking directly to clients and carrying out client reviews
- Relationship building
