**Senior Events and Marketing Executive **based at the **Land Rover Experience centre Liverpool.**

The successful applicant will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited who are a resource management company with a long term agreement to provide resource at five Jaguar Land Rover Experience, (JLRE), centres.

**The successful applicant will have to adhere and sign to JLR Policy Letter 3, Standards of Corporate Conduct.**

Land Rover Experience Liverpool is part of the Global JLRE Venues program, incorporating Eastnor, Solihull, Castle
Bromwich, and Wolverhampton. JLRE Venues are a Global function promoting customer experiences in the both the Jaguar and Land Rover brands.

The position encompasses support for the Deputy Venue Manager to enable the business to deliver events and experiences to the highest standard.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

Assisted the Deputy Venue Manager in event creation, management, and delivery at the venue.
- Primary contact for Events & Meeting room bookings and VIP/Bespoke Tour visits.
- Event organiser liaison event qualification, planning and support.
- Producing detailed event proposals for new internal and external event enquiries ensuring budgets are signed off and agreed in line with JLR policy.
- Proposals to be sent within 24 hours of the enquiry being received.
- Planning the event programs, room layouts and responsible for ordering events-based caterings & refreshments.
- Ensure that all additional services are ordered within budget allocation, approval from VM required if this is not the case.
- Liaison with Employee/Plant Communications in supporting all planned events.
- Overall FOH responsibility in line with 5s standards - presentation of customer facing areas.
- Keep up to date with the needs of the event customers pre, during and post event.
- Liaising with and coordinating all parties in the event. Ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to.
- CJRS to be raised ahead of any external supplier coming on to site to complete works, risk assessments to be reviewed.
- Organising the design and production of literature/brochures for the events in line with the Brand Team.
- Coordinate and collate presentation materials.
- Assist in promotion of the Venue Event portfolio, building relationships with local hotels and suppliers to offer the client value for money and a wide range of choice for activities.
- During the Event, ensure all relevant parties are adequately briefed and supplied with the right kit.
- Coordinating everything on the day to ensure that all runs smoothly.
- Handling client queries on the day and troubleshooting problems on the day
- Support with coordinating Venue Marketing by providing content for Website management and social media outlets.
- Providing support and cover in case of holiday or illness on Business Administrator, Reception and for the Deputy Manager.
- Providing support to the Venue Manager for monthly financial reporting.
- Support with venues monthly financial business management tasks by ensuring Checkfront statuses are up to date and check ins have been complete for the month.
- Co-ordination and management of catering provision for events.
- Send out catering order forms to supplier, ensure catering stations are set, brief staff on the day and oversee the service.
- Monthly finance reporting for tours/events/drives, ensuring that all uploads are complete, and sheets updated by the 19th of each month.
- Support the Deputy Manager with the weekly ops meetings and leading this meeting when required.
- Ensure detailed information is provided and shifts are allocated where needed.
- Organise and support the co-ordination of room set ups for meetings and events.
- Maintain good client and supplier working relationships.
- Book staff on Deputy that are required to support events/large tour groups.

- Knowledge of JLR business and products

This role requires the employee(s) to occasionally drive Jaguar Land Rover fleet vehicles. Therefore, the following insurance rule applies:
