Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, positive and skilled Marketing Executive.

MLA have a modern office situated at the heart of Liverpool City Centre with an all-round great work environment and high team morale.

This is a high profile, full-mix role with lots of autonomy to help shape how our customers see and engage with us. Multichannel in approach, we’re looking for an experience and imaginative marketing executive, with a passionate, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.

Joining our lively and committed team, the role involves creating and managing delivery of the business-marketing plan and annual schedule. You will be working alongside the senior management team and will report directly to the Director.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain an overall marketing plan and annual schedule
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and related activities
- Liaise with group marketing and external agencies (marketing, communications, web site, copywriting, graphics designers) to create engaging social media strategies and content
- Liaise with external agencies to maintain and improve website
- Organise and produce any requirement collateral and submissions for external events (awards, conferences, etc.)
- Work with senior management and sales teams to create campaigns to support sales strategy
- Understand customer behaviour online and utilise analysis to increase quality traffic to the website
- Project management of marketing projects
- Competitor analysis
- Increase brand awareness
- Contribute to product development
- PR
- Degree in Marketing/CIM qualification advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years PQE
- Exceptional writing skills in English
- Previous experience in a medical/legal fields advantageous
- Previous digital marketing experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high priority projects.
- Experience of marketing within a business to business environment
- Imaginative with proactive approach to tasks, and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
- Self-motivation with strong organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills including MI
- Ability to work under pressure and a desire to succeed
- Team player with an impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

- Salary £25,000 - £30,000
