Senior Marketing Executive

**LOCATION**:UK The Senior Marketing Executive is a mid-level role and will report into the Head of EMEA Marketing, with a dotted line to the Director of Content and Creative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in growing their social media management and marketing generalist skills in a cross-functional marketing role. **THE ROLE: **Top 5 Job Responsibilities** - **Global Social Media Channels**:Responsible for the daily management and growth of AP's global social channels and calendar, with input from the Director of Content and Creative. Proactively plan content based on the content team's quarterly strategy and goals; write and/or edit all social copy to align to social strategy. - **Global Social Media Analytics**: Responsible for monitoring the success of AP's global social media channels, providing monthly and quarterly metrics based on identified KPIs, and making data-driven social media recommendations and changes. - **EMEA Event Marketing and Event Operations**: Execute EMEA event plans and logistics under supervision of the Head of EMEA Marketing. Plan campaigns to promote our presence at events including content and social. - **EMEA Content**:Co-ordinate with the global content team on EMEA content projects including blog posts, eBooks, webinars. Spot regional content opportunities to put forward to the global content team for production. Edit global content to meet regional nuances and translate to UK-EN. - **EMEA Marketing Support**:Provide ongoing admin and project management support to the Head of EMEA marketing for regionally specific marketing projects, campaigns, and operations. They will demonstrate a clear understanding of the different marketing mediums and have established relationships with internal and external stakeholders. **At the end of year one... **The Senior Marketing Executive is producing a high volume of high-quality work and delivering on the marketing team's yearly goals, providing support across all key marketing initiatives. They will make proactive recommendations for the EMEA marketing strategy and put forward strategic process recommendations. They work independently. **QUALITIES OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: - Knows how to collaborate with team members in a remote environment and is comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision - Has confidence, poise, and eloquence in difficult situations - Thrives in a last-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to chaos - Possesses mature and measured judgment, and the ability to solve problems on your own - Possesses excellent verbal and written presentation skills and has strong attention to detail - Are creative and enjoys writing captivating copy - Loves to continually learn and stay ahead of the industry pack - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritises workload to meet deadlines - Works independently **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**: - 3-5+ years of marketing experience (B2B agency role an added benefit) - Proficient with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
