PURPOSE
- This position is responsible for administrative tasks and coordination of document approval processes for the Pfizer UK Quality Management System (QMS), including management of procedures and training assignments; and compliance activities as required.

SCOPE
- The MQG SOP and Training Administrator (STA) scope spans the local areas that are defined by the Medical Quality Management System (QMS), where these impact in-country Medical operations. This may include lines beyond Medical, e.g., Commercial, where these are involved in regulated activities governed by the Medical QMS. UK Medical Quality Governance is responsible for the UK Quality Management System, ensuring GxP and compliance across Business Units and Support services, enabling audit and inspection readiness for the UK.

INTERACTIONS / ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- The MQG STA reports solid line into the Director of UK Medical Quality Governance and works under the technical supervision of a team of Medical Quality Governance Managers.

MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

Administrative support
- Provides administrative support to the Medical Quality Governance department for all aspects of document management
- Maintain internal tracking logs of documentation and training assignments
- Plan, organise and prioritise own work on a daily basis to meet deadlines and plan ahead to meet upcoming / cyclical deadlines

Procedures
- Processes documentation including uploading to various electronic systems
- Performs quality checks of process steps to ensure data in global systems is correct

Medical-compliance related training
- Manages the assignment of training to individuals using the global electronic training system

Project Management
- Participate in, and sometimes lead, ad hoc projects initiated by the manager, to assist the effectiveness of the team

PCO-Specific Responsibilities
- Assist the business in reviewing and ensuring availability of records prior to inspections and audits.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Education & Experience
- Knowledge and understanding of document management in a regulated environment
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work to tight timescales and prioritise own work
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality systems, processes, audits and inspections

Desired technical and behavioral skills:

- Previous experience of overseeing document management and training processes

4. Basic understanding of core digital metrics used by the organization
