Off-the-back of a unique expansion phase, my client is looking to grow their TMT Operational Performance Improvement team. This team specialises in a range of business-critical topics such as operational performance improvement, rapid cost reduction, operatingmodel design, M&A, working capital improvement, and top-line strategy & growth. These include areas such as cost reduction, supply chain effectiveness, lean manufacturing, procurement effectiveness, and shop floor optimisation projects. They work with a varietyof Top Tier clients and Private Equity firms, advising on high-impact projects across the TMT space.

They are currently experiencing substantial growth in the TMT sector and hence are looking to recruit a seasoned and proactive, senior consulting professional who has proven and hands-on expertise within the TMT sector.

To qualify, you will have gained at least 6 years of experience within a major Advisory/Consulting practice OR a TMT-related industry role, where you will have gained hands-on experience in working on complex Operational Performance Improvement programmes.

You will ideally have gained experience in both a Consulting and TMT industry-related role, where you will have worked in a performance improvement/programme management capacity.

You will be a pragmatic and solution-oriented professional who can flourish in fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios.

You will be a hands-on professional who can evidence your ability to roll up your sleeves and add demonstrable value.
