Group Travel Coordinator

Vamonos Recruitment are delighted to be working with an award winning UK inbound tour operator.
They are looking for someone who can join their group travel operations team to help with the planning and smooth running of UK and Europe group travel arrangements.
**The role: Group Travel Coordinator**
Quoting, booking and operating group tours, including booking hotels, visitor attractions, travel arrangements, restaurants and guided tours around the UK and parts of Europe.
Ensuring good oral & written skills are maintained at all times.
Working quickly and accurately, at times under pressure, within acceptable timeframes.
Maintaining excellent communications at all times with clients and suppliers. Managing a number of tours at one time.
Multi-tasking and prioritising urgent requests, collecting pre-payments on time for any bookings made by agents.
Preparing and delivering welcome packages / tickets for clients when applicable. Assisting accounts team by checking and processing purchase invoices when required.
**The right person**:
You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Previous experience in Travel, hospitality within reservations or operations is preferred and if you have worked with the system TOURPLAN before this will be a huge advantage
