We are looking for a Brand Content Manager to join a lovely B-Corp brand with sustainability at the heart of what they do As Brand Content Manager, you will support with 3 core areas; content strategy and delivery, community engagement and social mediastrategy and management. This is a varied position within a talented marketing team and would suit someone who is passionate about ethics and sustainability, with 2+ years’ experience in a similar position.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Working closely with the wider marketing team to develop annual content strategy
- Execute strategy across social media channels, newsletters, SEO and thought leadership including audio and visual to drive brand awareness as a market leader
- Copywriting, editing and proofing for content including blogs, guides, podcasts and videos
- Work with wider team to educate and engage peers on content strategy
- Work with site teams to develop content (stories, news) and ensure these are communicated effectively to the wider audience
- Develop and manage existing branded templates used by sites for internal and external comms
- Manage and develop content calendars for social media channels including Twitter LinkedIn and Instagram, working with site teams to schedule tailored content
- Reporting on marketing activity on a weekly basis, analysing and making recommendations on results

**Experience you’ll need**
- Experience in a similar position, working across digital and social marketing campaigns and communications
- Ability to build and manage communities
- Have a creative, entrepreneurial, and ambitious attitude
