In this role you will report to the Technical Manager and be working on Building Services equipment, Electrical systems, Mechanical Systems, Electromechanical systems, Pool plant equipment, Life Safety and Security Systems.

You will ensure that our leisure centres remain efficient and effective in operation for our staff and customers.This role will see you looking after the maintenance and repair of sites, plant equipment and fabric of building ensuring compliance with allcompany policies and procedures aswell as maintaining comprehensive record keeping within the facility maintenance system.

But you won’t be working alone. Our leisure centre has a close knit and supportive team, all working towards providing an inclusive leisure hub for the entire community. **What you'll need to do the role**

You will use your all round knowledge of building services operation and maintenance within simular industries to maintain a safe and healthy environament for our staff and customers.

This role will also involve supporting the wider team objectives, qualifications such as Pool Plant Operators and Plumbing are desireable.

You will be ensuring that our domestic water systems are maintained to comply with the requirements of the L8 ACOP standard, therefor an L8 Awareness certification would be beneficial.

A full driving licence is required as part of this role as you will be travelling between our leisure centres to carry out your duties.
