**Main Purpose**
The Talent Administrator will be responsible for managing the administrative processes that support the Global Talent Function.

This position is suited to somebody that has the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced team, juggling multiple priorities and working to a high degree of accuracy whilst providing a people-focused service.

**Responsibilities**
- Administrative support for ~250 learning events for annum
- Responsible for providing a professional and timely response to employees and external vendor queries
- Being the super user for all talent technology processes
- Responsibility for all invoices and expense processes
- Supporting production of communications and other collateral
- Supporting weekly and monthly reporting requirements
- Project support
- To assist the team in the execution of their duties
- To develop an in-depth understanding of the business, its environment, and products

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Ability to learn quickly and work unsupervised
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels within the business
- Project management skills with commitment and drive to meet demanding deadlines
- Prior administrative experience - diary management, invoices, material production
- Ability to deal with a high volume of queries without compromising response times or issue resolution
- Effective communication skills to a variety of stakeholders
- Experience of all Microsoft packages
- Project management skills (desirable)

This role operates in a hybrid model so will require an individual to work in our London office 2-3 days per week.
