What You’ll Be Doing Communicate professionally and warmly with candidates to keep them updated. Become an expert in the recruitment process, ensuring smooth operation and identifying improvement opportunities. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a high‑quality candidate experience. Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date ATS to keep the hiring engine humming. Lead compliance checks, ensuring every candidate journey meets legal and ethical standards. Help prepare onboarding materials for a strong first day. Organise hiring documents, compliance coordination and interview guides to stay audit‑ready. What We’re Looking For Passion for hiring coordination; this is not a recruiter role. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts. Excellent written and verbal communication—friendly, professional and clear. Experience with ATS and HR platforms. Detail‑oriented mindset, spotting scheduling clashes and typos. Proactive problem‑solving and solution‑oriented attitude. Empathy and people‑first thinking. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR or a fast‑moving admin role (bonus for health‑tech or scaling startups).
