**Job Summary**
We are looking for a HR (Human Resources) and TA (Talent Acquisition) Administrator to assist our operations team with their daily functions. This role can provide the perfect platform for someone looking to begin their career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Whilst it is heavily admin based, you will be given exposure to the two functions and a platform to develop your career.

**Responsibilities**
Whilst this is a hybrid role, due to the operational nature of this position you may be required to attend the office up to 5 times a week on occasions
- Scheduling Interviews
- Background checks for new employees
- Managing Workday administration
- Research projects such as interns programme, DE&I attraction and apprenticeships
- Assisting with sourcing using LinkedIn recruiter
- Support with entry level recruitment campaigns
- Arranging new starter coffees - compiling slides / sending calendar invites
- Covering onboarding meeting scheduling
- Reaching out to Line Managers for feedback / collating feedback
- Sending probation calendar reminders to HR and Line Managers
- Sending employee Probation Letters and benefits information when passed
- Contracts and work order extensions for Freelancers
- IR35 paperwork
- Workday input
- Background checks
- Management of current freelancers
- Freelance administration with external provider
- Background checks for Freelancers

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Some experience in an office based, administrative role
- An interest in developing a career in HR or TA
- Self-starter, comfortable working in the unknown and outside their comfort zone and who values working collaboratively with colleagues and the business
- Must operate with a high level of integrity and confidentiality in understanding the sensitivities of the role and the potential impacts of actions and behaviours
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
