Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for the coordination of conferences and events for all business areas of the Bank. As a planner, you will take responsibility and be a key part of the team on some of the Bank’s most high profile and important events, along with supporting colleagues on large flagship projects.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Organising an event from concept to completion
- Managing budgets and approvals, invoice management and reconciliation
- Ensuring compliance throughout each project
- Overseeing website builds, invitation & registration process, attendee tracking, reporting
- Managing venue search including catering and accommodation
**Your skills and experience**
- Significant experience managing conferences and events as both sole lead & in support roles
- Knowledge and experience of virtual conferences, virtual suppliers/platforms
- Competent with conference registration systems, website building & content
- Preferably experience working in Banking/large corporate
- Motivated, reliable, a team player with a “can do/hands on” attitude
