PMGroup Worldwide is looking for an enthusiastic, versatile and well-organised individual with lots of initiative to join the team as a Conference and Events Assistant. The company’s events portfolio includes the FlyPharma series of conferences that target the pharmaceutical logistics industry: these events will be the main focus for this new role.
**About the role**
You will support the Conference Director in organising and promoting our FlyPharma series of conferences, and other company events as required. This position will involve a wide range of tasks, including:
- Helping to coordinate the successful running of company events
- Delegate and event participant sourcing and management
- Speaker sourcing and management
- Relationship management with existing sponsors
- Managing delegate registrations and speaker/sponsor spreadsheets
- Uploading and maintaining content on the company’s websites
- Running social media campaigns
- Event logistics, including booking flights and accommodation
- Event management, including obtaining quotes for venues, catering and other third party services
- Budget management
- Attending conferences and events
For this hybrid role, you’ll mainly be based in our Covent Garden office in central London, with some work from home. However, as international travel will form part of your duties in order to attend events, a valid passport will be necessary. All conference travel costs will be covered by the company.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
