Senior CRM Manager

We are currently closely partnered with a leading high street retailer to look for a new Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager to join their internal Head Office team.
You will join a brand new-look CRM team as the new Head of CRM looks to follow through with their ambitious CRM and Loyalty strategy.
The company are famous for a great customer experience and extensive product range. So as the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager you will have plenty to do and a number of different ways in looking in to the data. You will work closely with the CRM, marketingand eCommerce functions.
In this key role you will use your understanding of customer data and the commercial performance of our Loyalty programme, to build and deliver both long and short-term CRM strategy. The voice of the Loyalty programme across the business, you will developinsight driven and actionable customer strategies to drive adoption, usage, and revenue from the loyalty scheme members. This includes defining customer segmentation strategies to drive behaviour changes (frequency/ATV/transactions) to achieve business objectivesand targets.
- 5+ years of previous experience in CRM, Loyalty or Lifecycle marketing is required
- Experience working across multiple channels ideally within retail, including full ownership ranging from strategy to execution is highly desirable
- Experience in a Customer data platform - ideally Ometria or an automation platform
- Expertise in customer segmentation and audience development, with a solid understanding of test design, measurement and analysis
- Practical experience overseeing strategy and execution of advanced CRM and Retention campaigns
