This leading retailer, specializing in beauty, has amassed millions of customers up and down the country. Throughout the pandemic, this company has continued to perform and is now looking to bring in a range of CRM professionals to enhance this growth.

**THE ROLE**

As a CRM professional in this company, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Deploying CRM programmes across multiple channels
- Work with key stakeholders to build automated lifecycle campaigns
- Take a data-driven approach to CRM
- Ensure campaigns are performing as expected

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

The successful CRM professional will have the following skills and experience:

- Experience using data to make informed decisions
- Knowledge of optimising omnichannel customer journeys
- Experience working with a marketing cloud platform

**THE BENEFITS**

The successful CRM professional will receive a salary of between £25,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
