**SENIOR CRM MANAGER**

This is a great opportunity to join a leading food business. This role will be fast paced, extremely rewarding and will offer excellent growth and development opportunity within the CRM space.

**THE ROLE**

As a Senior CRM Manager, you will be building strong relationships with stakeholders and leading timelines.

More specifically, you will be involved in the following;
- Developing a CRM communications plan
- Managing the CRM team
- Advising on and building technical specifications for clients for them to be able to integrate the necessary tools
- Writing creative briefs, working closely with teams across the business e.g. designers, copywriters, co-ordinators)
- Developing and implementing test-plans and optimisation for various channels including multi-channel campaigns
- Reviewing campaign mechanics
- Regularly learning new tools to upskill your technical portfolio

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

The successful Senior CRM Manager, will have the following skills and experience:

- Significant experience in a B2C CRM position (either communications development or analytical)
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Cheetah etc
- Educated to degree level

**BENEFITS**

As a successful Senior CRM Manager, you will be receiving a salary of between £50,000-60,000. On top of this, you will receive additional benefits for taking an active role in leading and delivering this companies CRM.
