Sales Support Administrator

My client, a pioneering UK charity are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join their sales team.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions to support everyday operations within the Sales Team to ensure customer needs are being met and being an alternative contact for Head of Sales & Sales Consultant
- Ensuring clients are responded to quickly, any new leads are progressed with new business meetings and organised where appropriate
- Preparing client and internal documents, maintaining the CMS for internal and external communication as required
- Working collaboratively with the Marketing team to capitalize on opportunities to reach new clients, including events, webinars, case studies, surveys
- Providing account management support to established customers to ensure their requirements are met in line with agreed response time
- Working as part of Sales Team and with Sales Management to ensure financial tracking for sales data (including but not limited to pipeline, sales cycle, new lead data, achieved sales)
- Attending Sales events
This role will be ideal for someone who is looking for an opportunity to gain experience within a Sales team which will allow you to progress into a sales role.
