**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Administrator - Sales to join our team

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless administrative support, efficient scheduling, and effective communication across departments. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will drive operational excellence, support sales initiatives, and foster a productive work environment. **Duties**
- Manage and coordinate the sales team’s schedules, appointments, and meetings using calendar management tools to optimize productivity.
- Assist the sales team with proposals, quotations, and documentation.
- Assist with event planning for sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities to ensure successful execution.
- Handle vendor management by liaising with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Provide excellent communication via phone etiquette and professional correspondence to internal teams and external partners.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and supporting team members in achieving their goals.
- Contribute to process improvements and customer experience initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support or business administration (IT industry preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
