Leamington Spa, United Kingdom Arnold Lodge School Full time

**Key Responsibilities**
- To be the first point of contact for all visitors and communication into the school
- Deal with daily post
- Maintain school stationery requirements
- To support parent's meetings prior and during events
- Provide administrative support as requested

**Finance**
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Manage finance inbox
- Accurately input invoices on to Xero
- To reconcile supplier accounts against statements

**HR**
- Prepare job adverts and maintain job descriptions
- Prepare offer letters, letters of variation, contracts of employment and other official HR documents.
- Ensure staff records are kept up to date and relative departments are notified of changes.

**Additional Duties**
- General administrative functions as and when required
- To perform any responsibilities associated with being a member of the school's staff, as reasonably directed by the Commercial Director, Deputy Head and Executive Head**.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
