**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Sales Negotiator/Valuer** to join our fast growing team. As a Sales Negotiator/Valuer, you will be responsible for obtaining and conducting property valuations, assisting in property sales from start to finish and delivering a five star service to clients.

**Duties**:

- Obtaining **new business**:

- Conducting property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers
- **Negotiate** offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
- Prepare contracts and other necessary documentation for property transactions
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and property listings
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in the local area
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process

**Experience**:

- Prove track record
- Experience is **required**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as preparing contracts and documentation

**Benefits**:

- **£84,000** in earnings minimum if targets are met

Pay: From £84,000.00 per year
