We have an exciting opportunity for an** **Internal Communication Business Partner - Transformation Programme**, to join our team on a fixed term contract. This position will play a key role in Costain’s strategic journey over the next 12 months by leading on key employee engagement activities as part of a broader transformational change programme.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the communication workstream for the transformational change programme
- Lead the creation and execution of the communications and engagement plan
- Provide strategic and tactical communications counsel and support, ensuring communication consistency across several change work streams
- Draft key communications materials including articles, scripts, slide presentations and Q&As

**About you**
- Strong internal communications experience particularly around communicating complex change programmes to employees. Ideally this would include experience of launching and embedding new values and behaviours and technology change
- Broad understanding of current and future communications and engagement tools and techniques and experience of embedding new communication tools
- Ability to manage complex internal stakeholder relationships
- Experience of working with and challenging senior leaders
- Excellent written skills with the ability to write for a variety of channels
- A self-starter and independent worker
- Innovative approach to communications
- Proven experience of implementing a diverse and inclusive mindset with reference to communications methods and strategies, ensuring the solutions are appropriate and sensitive
